Pass or we extend you free

This is more free time on your subscription. It is not a refund, and it is not a promise that you will pass.

There are 9 steps you have to finish to qualify. They are all listed below, and you can check every one yourself before exam day.

Put in the work with our method and take your exam. If you don't pass, your next 6 months are free. We pause your billing and your access stays on the whole time.

These terms apply to members whose first payment is on or after September 8, 2026. Started paying before that date? Read your terms. Your claim page also tells you which set you are on.

How it works

  1. Study with thePsychology.ai and meet the criteria below.
  2. Take your EPPP.
  3. If you don't pass, file a claim within 30 days of the date printed on your score report. Send a photo of that report and fill in the exam debrief.
  4. We review within 5 business days. If we approve it, your next 6 months are free and your access stays on.

What you need to do

You can see your quiz scores, your practice exam scores, and your saved exam date in your account, so you can check each step yourself before exam day. Here they are, in order:

  1. Pay for 60 days before your exam date. Free trial days do not count.
  2. Save your exam date in your account at least 14 days before you sit the exam.
  3. Claim the same date you saved. The date on your claim has to match the one in your account.
  4. Finish full practice exam 1 and score 30% or better.
  5. Pass every quiz in the top 3 areas that practice exam gives you. Passing is 70% or better, and you take those quizzes after that practice exam, not before.
  6. Finish full practice exam 2 at 30% or better, after that first round of quizzes is done.
  7. Pass every quiz in the new top 3 areas that practice exam gives you. Passing is 70% or better, and you take those quizzes after that second practice exam, not before.
  8. Sit the real EPPP and not pass. Upload the official score report. The name on it has to match the name on your account.
  9. Fill in the exam debrief within 30 days of the date on your score report, before we decide.

Your top 3 areas come from the same plan the app already builds for you after a full practice exam. We rank them by how much you missed and how much that area counts on the real exam, so the list is the one on your Prioritize page. That plan is the method. The guarantee covers people who used it.

The exam debrief

Your ASPPB agreement says you cannot share real exam content, and we are not asking you to. Every question below is about our prep, not theirs. Never type a real question, a real answer, or a real topic you saw.

The debrief asks which parts of our prep matched exam day best, which matched least, how each of the 8 areas felt next to our questions, whether the real questions ran longer or shorter than ours, and how timing went. You just came from the real thing, so you know things about our material that we cannot see from here.

  • This is private research we use to fix and improve our question bank. It is not a review and not a testimonial.
  • We never ask you to post anything in public, rate us anywhere, or say anything nice to get the benefit.
  • Nothing you write is published or shared outside our team unless you give separate written permission first.
  • Every answer is about our prep. We never ask you to name a real question, a real answer, or a real topic.

Claims

  • File within 30 days of the date on your score report, from your claim page, with a photo of that report showing your name, candidate ID, and a non-passing result.
  • We decide within 5 business days. If we say no, we always tell you which step above was not met.
  • You get one claim, ever, and one claim per ASPPB candidate ID, ever. If we say no, you can fix what was missing and file again. Sending a claim while a decision is pending does not start a second one.
  • We may ask for more proof if a report is hard to read or does not add up.

Your 6 free months

  • On a monthly plan we pause your billing, so you skip the next 6 payments. On the yearly plan we push your renewal date back 6 months, so your next bill lands 6 months later than it would have.
  • Pay through the App Store? Apple runs that billing, not us, so we cannot pause it from here. Email us and we will give you the 6 free months another way.
  • We email you at least 7 days before billing starts again, and that email tells you the date and the amount.
  • This guarantee gives you more free time on your subscription. It is not a refund of money you already paid, and it does not promise any exam result.
  • The guarantee is not transferable. If you charge a payment back to your bank, the guarantee ends and your normal billing starts again.

Terms for members who joined before September 8, 2026

If your first payment was before September 8, 2026, these are your terms. Nothing above changes them. Your remedy is the same: we pause your billing at no charge until your next attempt, for up to 6 months, and your access stays on.

  • Active subscription for at least 60 days before your exam date, and on your exam date.
  • Exam date on file in your account at least 14 days before you sit the exam.
  • Legal name on file when you register your exam date, exactly as it appears with ASPPB. Your score report must show the same name.
  • Two full-length practice exams completed on separate days before your exam, each scoring 30% or higher.
  • Your Prioritize plan completed: a passing score (70%+) on each topic quiz your full diagnostic exam recommended in Prioritize. That plan is the method. The guarantee covers people who used it.
  • Same claim rules: file within 30 days of your exam with your score report, we decide within 5 business days, a denial always cites which criterion was not met, one claim per person and per ASPPB candidate ID, ever.
  • No debrief is required on these terms.

The Format-Proof Guarantee

ASPPB says the EPPP becomes a single integrated exam in Fall 2027. If that happens while you are subscribed, our integrated prep is included at no extra cost as we release it. Nothing to claim and nothing to submit: it applies automatically to every active subscription, monthly or annual, at your current rate.

  • What triggers it: ASPPB launching the integrated EPPP (currently scheduled for Q4 2027) while your subscription is active.
  • What you get: our integrated-exam prep content as it launches, included in the subscription you already have. This adds content; it is not a refund and does not guarantee any exam outcome.
  • The one condition: a continuously active subscription. If you cancel and later resubscribe, inclusion applies from your new start date at the then-current rate.
  • Testing before the switch? Check which exam you will take by your training year.

Your score report

Score reports are used only to review your claim, stored securely with restricted access, and never used for marketing. We delete them after the decision is final and no later than 12 months after it.
